As I said on my Facebook page, I came across an article that I found needed to be shared with readers.  I think anyone who has wanted to walk before they can crawl could really benefit not only from the original article, but also my take on it.  You can find it here.

The Mind-Muscle Connection

it’s quite common. i have a lot of people (guys) ask me, for example, why won’t my arms grow? i ask lots of questions (starting with their diet) but they tell me they train arms 3 times a week or something. well, there you go!!! unless it’s (clean) food, more is rarely better.

Couldn’t agree more! That’s why I’m a firm believer in doing split-ups of body parts in my routines. Not only does it give you more time to rest, but it also allows you to focus more. It’s a lot like being a jack of all trades and a master of none, in a way. Thanks for the comment!
